Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Guest units are 1.5 miles from the lockbox location, the resort is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. All guest certificate holders MUST also pre-register before arrival to get the lockbox code for key retrieval. If you do not pre-register, you will not be allowed to check in. There is no shuttle service offered to nearby attractions. Guest services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The lockbox location is at 2777 N Poinciana Blvd., #127, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Only pre-registered guests will be given the lockbox code for key retrieval. All guest certificate holders MUST also pre-register prior to arrival to get the lockbox code for key retrieval. There are stairs inside the two-bedroom and four-bedroom units. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. The resort does not offer a mid-stay housekeeping service. The maximum stay per guest at this resort will be 14 nights per calendar year. All guests MUST pre-register with the resort at least one week before arrival. We use a contactless check-in and check-out system, and this is why guests MUST pre-register utilizing the resort's online system. Guests who do not pre-register will NOT be allowed to stay, and call the resort at (407) 396-2744 if you have not received a pre-registration link. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
