Hotel and studio units have a different rate for single occupancy (1 adult per unit).
One-Bedroom units consist of two connecting Studios, All-inclusive rates apply with a minimum of four adults in these units.
The program includes all meals and beverages. Room service has an additional cost of USD 5.00 per request. Rates are subject to change without previous notice. Children 5-10 years old. Children under 4 years old are free (applies only for a maximum of 2 children per unit).

Fees are payable directly to the resort unless otherwise stated. Fees may vary per night or week based on the season of travel, such as high season and Holiday weeks. Fees are based on the guest information provided at the time of booking, including but not limited to the number of guests traveling and the age of guests.

Please verify that the all-inclusive fees are correct on your confirmation. Any change to traveler information may result in a difference in fee amount and need to be paid by the guests traveling. All-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the guest to pay in the timeline designated by the confirmed resort, which could be before arrival or upon check-in.

A USD 70.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Jan 3, 2026 and Dec 19, 2026. A USD 100.00 penalty per person per reservation will apply if changes or cancellations take place between Dec 20, 2026 and Jan 3, 2027.

The following will apply for cancellations within 5 days before the reservation start date, no-show, and early check-out:
A 2-night penalty when traveling between Jan 3, 2026 and Dec 19, 2026. The entire pre-paid fee will be forfeited if traveling between Dec 20, 2026 and Jan 3, 2027.

Solaris provides one-way transportation from the airport to the resort, only on arrival. Confirm this at https://www.clubsolarisresorts.com/transportation or 52 (624) 145-6800 Ext 5704 & info@clubsolaris.com, NO LESS THAN one week before arrival. IMPORTANT: CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM & CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. Transfer one-way airport-hotel is complimentary from 8:00 am-8:00 pm, for stays of 3 or more nights. Must print & present the E-ticket confirmation that the system provides at the airport. The International Airport of Los Cabos (SJD) is 12 km (15 minutes by car) from the resort. Take Transpeninsular Number 1 to San Jose del Cabo and follow Mauricio Castro Blvd, turn left after passing the Golf Course Fonatur in Paseo Los Cabos. The hotel is on the right after the 2nd pavilion.
