The Carpediem Assisi Living Club is beautifully designed and maintained. The rooms are modern and spacious with many of the conveniences of home. There is an outdoor pool, tennis and a sauna. Hiking and walking are the preferred modes of local transportation for most guests, and car rental is readily available for excursions beyond the mountains. Horseback riding is also available one kilometre from the resort.

This Umbrian hideaway is set along the historical rich Subasio Mountain, a little more than 3 miles outside the beautifully preserved medieval town of
Assisi. The magnificent Basilica of San Francesco dominates the town and a maze of narrow streets lined with ancient buildings create a network of historical landmarks within the town walls. From here you can visit Perugia, Spello, Rome (two hours), Florence (two hours), Lake Trasimeno, Gubbio, Arezzo, Orvieto and enjoy the glorious
countryside.

General Urgent Information
Reception hours October through March are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Reception hours April through September are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The normal check-in day is Saturday.
Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area.
The swimming pool is closed on Saturdays. Caps are needed to use the swimming pool.
Unit numbers with an asterisk (*) are mansards, meaning the ceilings are low and inclined.
Heating is available starting October 15 annually.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Smoking is not allowed in units.

The additional fees from the 1st of June to the 15th of September cover the use of the swimming pool, the tennis court (1 hour per day), and the shuttle service (Sunday to Friday) to the town of Assisi.

BY AIR: Nearest airports Florence (170 km) and Rome (180 km). BY CAR: From Florence take the motorway towards Rome and exit at Valdichiana. From Rome take the motorway towards Florence and exit at Orte.Take the dual carriageway (superstrada) to Perugia,pass Perugia and continue to Assisi and exit at Assisi/Santa Maria Degli Angeli. In Assisi follow the indication for Gualdo Tadino and pass the Porta della Rocca Minore.Follow the SS444 road and after approx 5km you will find the resort on the left. BY TRAIN:By train until S.Maria degli Angeli railway station and then take a taxi.
