Please be aware resort check-in dates during Christmas and New Year are always 12/23 and 12/30.Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights, incorrect bookings will be cancelled.
Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
The unit confirmed with RCI will be the unit assigned at check-in.
Please note that unit layouts may differ: some units include internal staircases, while others are either ground-floor units or located on upper floors
Please be aware that guests who book multiple weeks may be assigned a different unit number for the second week by RCI. RCI cannot guarantee keeping guests in the same unit for both weeks. All allocations are done through RCI. All attempts will be made by the resort to avoid this but this is not always possible.
Electricity costs 36p/KWH from 7:00 am to Midnight, and 28p/KWH from Midnight to 7:00 am.

BY AIR: East Midlands - 45 miles, Birmingham - 65 miles, Heathrow - 125m. BY CAR: From Birmingham, head for M1 southbound. Exit at junction 21 & follow the Leicester ring road & signs for A47. Take the A47 to Uppingham & turn left for A6003 towards Oakham. At roundabout take A606 for Stamford. Barnsdale is 3 miles along on the right, signposted as 'BARNSDALE HALL HOTEL'. LONDON HEATHROW: Take the M25 clockwise to junction 23, turning off onto th A1(M). Keep on this road (it becomes the A1) as far as Stamford. Take the A606 off the A1 signed Oakham/ Rutland Water. Continue through villages of Empingham and Whitwell Barnsdale is 1 mile further on the left.
