The resort is situated on a hillside very close to the famous downhill course, Planai, and only one km above the town of Schladming. The Dachstein Tauern winter sports area offers not only skiing, but also tobogganing, ice skating, and curling. The area is attractive during the summer, you can go walking, biking and rafting. Skiing is possible during the summer at the Dachstein glacier. The resort offers many activities and there is also a heated indoor pool and sauna.

The Sauna is open from 6:00 pm through 10:00 pm. The reception area has a selection of groceries available, and the front desk team can provide a list of alternative options for nearby restaurants and delivery services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The resort performs ongoing improvements throughout the year. There may be refurbishments happening during your stay. The resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, however, there may be some disturbance to guests. Please check directly with the resort regarding scheduled work during your stay.

Getting there

BY AIR: Salzburg 90km, Munich 260km BY CAR: Travel towards Austria/Salzburg. Take the A10 south for Graz/Villach.Leave the A10 at exit 63 (after 57), marked Radstadt/Altenmark/Graz, B320. Continue until Radstadt and turn right for Graz. After 20km turn right for Schladming West. After five minutes, turn right at the roundabout for Rohrmoos. Alpine Club is 1km up the hill on the left. When driving in Austria you must display a Vignette (provided with hire cars or available at petrol stations). Snow chains may be necessary during winter. Journey from Salzburg airport approx 1 hour and from Munich airport 3 hours. Train services and taxis are available.
