Poinciana is tucked away in central Florida, just a few miles southwest from Kissimmee. Memories are easily made and long remembered at Alhambra at Poinciana, a family-friendly resort in Orlando–America’s theme park capital which is 30 to 45 minutes away by car. If you’re with kids, the Green Meadows Petting Farm is a must do--you can even milk a cow. Other area attractions include the Cannery Museums, Jonathan Kioko’s Gallery, the Pioneer Museum, and Osceola Center for the Arts.

Getting there

The nearest major airport is Orlando Int'l, approx. 30 miles away. From the airport take Hwy 417 South (toll road), aka Greeneway. This will circle behind the airport. Stay on this for about 8 miles and exit onto John Young Pky South. Follow John Young Pky to Pleasant Hill road. Just before you reach Pleasant Hill road there will be a McDonalds on your right. Turn left onto Pleasant Hill road. Go approximately 8 miles and the road curve and turn into Cypress Pky. The resort is 1.5 miles on the left, directly across from Cypress Woods.
