General Urgent Information
Wild chickens roam free on the island, and you may hear crowing roosters during your stay. The resort has an RCI on-site office and welcomes walk-ins.
Studio units are hotel size meant for two adults at approximately 330 sq. ft. It includes a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware sets for 2, a table, and two chairs. The studio units do not include a sofa or closet. They are cozy and best used as a simple base of operations for island explorers and other active guests.
Units are not air-conditioned but do include ceiling fans.
Please contact the resort directly at 808-826-6549 if you will arrive after 10pm to make late check-in arrangements at Wyndham Ka’eo Kai. Check-in time begins at 4pm.
Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.

Getting there

When leaving Lihue Airport, head North toward Princeville. It will be approximately 28 miles and a 45-60 minute drive. When exiting the airport, turn a slight Left onto Ahukini Road (.1 mile), then a slight Right on Kapule HWY./HI-51, which becomes Kuhio HWY./HI-56, and drive for about 22 miles. Turn Right on Ka Haku Rd. at the entrance to Princeville. Pass the fountain and take the second Right turn onto Wyllie Road, and the first Left into Wyndham Ka'Eo Kai. Proceed to the Clubhouse for check-in. For late arrivals and/or any special requests, please call Guest Services at (808) 826-6549. The check-in address is 3970 Wyllie Rd., in Princeville.
