Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Northwest of Austin on the shore of Lake Travis, Texas Timeshare in Lakeway is an integration of natural beauty and modern convenience. This quiet, and cozy resort is comprised of single condominiums overlooking Schooner Cove, which branches off the main body of the lake. This is a great location to kayak, boat, fish, and swim. If golf is your passion, both Austin and Lakeway are home to multiple golf courses. Play basketball, tennis, or even pickleball in one of the local public parks. Our vacation oasis is conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping malls, casual restaurants, or fine dining options.

While our area attracts many golfing enthusiasts, there is much more to see and do. Tour the Bullock Texas State History Museum or the Blanton Museum of Art. Take a refreshing dip at Barton Springs or visit the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. For a day trip, head North to Waco, which boasts the Texas Ranger Museum and Magnolia Market. Explore Natural Bridge Caverns, just 30 minutes North of San Antonio. With over 100 wineries to choose from in the Hill Country, it’s safe to say that enjoying a wine-tasting and/or vineyard tour is a great option. If wine is not your thing, try one of the many distilleries in the area. Come stay with us and experience the hidden gem of the Texas Hill Country.

General Urgent Information
The packet will contain the keys to your unit, a map showing the layout of the property, and a pamphlet with helpful information. The code to the lock box will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival. No charging stations are available at the resort for electric vehicles.
Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
Smoking is not allowed in units.
If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.

Linens, paper goods, and soap are supplied. Bathtub grab bars and Pack-n-Plays are available by request, so please check with the front desk.
Neither smoking nor vaping is permitted inside the units. Pets are not allowed. Please contact the resort for the documentation needed for ADA Service Animals.
After-hours check-in instructions: Should you arrive after our check-in hours, look for a dark green box to the Left of the office door. Inside the green box, you will find a packet with your last name on it.

Getting there

The nearest commercial airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). Take Highway 71 West from the airport and continue to US 290 West, Left onto Southwest Pkwy, then Right onto Hwy 71 West, and Right onto Ranch Rd 620 East. Turn Left onto Lakeway Blvd. and go to the second stop sign, and turn Right on Lakeway Drive, then continue for 1.5 miles. Turn Right on Star Street, head down the hill and you will see the resort on the Right. Check-in is at the office, #18, first floor. There is no public transportation in the Lakeway area. Since we are 25 miles from the airport or downtown area, we strongly recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay. Uber and Lyft are available as well.
