Holiday Inn Club Vacations Villages Resort, on the shores of Lake Palestine, has an abundance of activities and indulgent pleasures. The marina offers watercraft rentals, boat slips, and launch ramps. The resort features three swimming pools, two hot tubs, two bars and grills, a lighted tennis court, volleyball, miniature golf, pickleball, and basketball. The Activity Center has a video arcade and a fitness facility. Guests will find plenty of activities, including the on-site 19,000-square-foot indoor water park. Additional fees apply when using the indoor water park. The resort offers laundry facilities, barbecue grills, picnic areas, a marketplace, and limited Wi-Fi access.

The Lake Palestine area of Texas offers visitors one of the largest and most beautiful water playgrounds in the Southwest. It is well known for swimming, boating, fishing, and water sports, plus interesting attractions for the whole family. Visit the Caldwell Zoo, Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge, Harrold's Model Train Museum, the Tyler Rose Gardens, and many other fun sites. Nearby Tyler is the place to shop for antiques, crafts, and specialty items. Getting there

The Dallas airport is about 100 mi. away. Commuter service to Tyler is available. From Dallas, take Hwy 80 to I-20 or from South Dallas, take I-20 to Canton. Exit right onto FM 19 in Canton, go 2 mi., turn left onto Hwy 64 East to Tyler, 25 mi away. Turn right onto FM 2661 & continue across Hwy 31 on FM 2661, about 13 mi total. Resort is 1 mi. past yellow caution light on right. FROM HOUSTON: Take I-45 N to Hwy 79 (Buffalo exit). Go North to Palestine and take Hwy 155 N toward Tyler, 24 mi. north of Palestine. Turn left on FM 2661 at the stop light. Resort is 2 mi. N of Hwy 155 on the left. The sign at the entrance reads, "Villages Resort".
