Add a resort request and we’ll keep searching for you. You can make a request up to a year in advance for local holidays. 

Points will be set aside for your request, so if your chosen holiday opens up, it’ll be offered to you first. 

You can only add requests for check-in dates 10 days or more in advance.

Tips to get the best match: 

• List your resorts in order of preference - start with your top pick. 
• Add your request early - you can always update it later if your plans change. For local holidays, you can request a holiday as early as one year in advance. 
• Choose ‘Expand to region’ if you’re open to any resort in the selected area - it helps widen your search. If you’re looking for a specific resort, leave this option unticked. 
• Each request covers one holiday. You can include up to 12 options, but only one can be confirmed. If you’d like two or more units at the same time or back-to-back, you’ll need to add a separate request for each stay. 
• If a holiday match pops up and it’s not what you’re looking for, reject it as soon as possible and the search will continue automatically after the match is released. 
• When a match is found, we’ll let you know by email or SMS. Simply login and view the details of your holiday match online.
