* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* No hunting/shooting allowed.
* No private game drives in own vehicles.
* Cellphone signal from MTN is very good, some signal from Vodacom.
* The resident wildlife can be dangerous and should be treated with respect at all times.
* Ticks - Please note that the resort is situated in the bush, thus ticks will be found around the chalet areas, or whilst hiking. Please take precationary measures.
* Power failures during raining season: There is a generator on the property which is switched on during power failures.
* Only maximum party as per the unit size.
* Check in strictly from 15h00.
* No motorbikes, quad bikes, tents, caravans or pets allowed.
* Internet facilities available.
* The nearest petrol station is 45km away at Vaalwater.
* Onsite Restaurant is independentely operated and therefore payment needs to be made directly with the restaurant, and not through the resort reception.
* Please contact the resort prior to arrival.
* No conference facilites.
* Certain resort facilities may carry a nominal charge for the use thereof; however, an “All Access Pass” may be purchased at check-in for all unit guests to enjoy use thereof during their stay. Please refer to the resort reception directly for further details.

** Please note: The resort will only allow a MAXIMUM of 18 guests (including children of all ages and babies) for a group booking. Please remember that should a group booking be made the following rules are strictly enforced:

• Noise levels must be kept to a minumum and comply with the resort's noise curfew hours. The resort is entitled request guest to leave the property should noise levels be negatively impacting other guests stay.

• Unit Servicing will be done according to the regular schedule. Should extra time and expense be spent cleaning a unit, an extra cleaning fee will be imposed.

• Unit ammenities are provided for the maximum number of occupants permitted to stay in that unit size. Please do not remove crockery or cutlery and take it to other units. Any items missing at check-out will be charged for.

• For security reasons, guest details of booked units must be updated AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to occupation date.

• All guests are required to complete the resort indemnity forms prior to access to the booked units.

** Please note: In an effort to save water, all VMS managed resorts have implemented various water saving measures. Your assistance with adhering to these measures is appreciated, and thank you for your understanding and committment to preserving this precious resource. 
For a weekend reservation (Friday to Monday), no linen and towel changes are done during the stay.
For a midweek reservation (Monday to Friday), no linen and towel changes are done during the stay.
For a full week reservation (Friday to Friday), no linen change is done during the stay.
For a full week reservation (Friday to Friday), the towels must be changed on Tuesday (or day 4 of the reservation).
For a booking longer than seven nights (a full week and a weekend or more), the linen must be changed on the sixth night.
Should a guest request a linen or towel change, this may be done at a surcharge of R200 per set of linen and R200 per set of towel change.**

** Please note: The Sondagsloop road to the resort can be impassable if there has been heavy rainfall in the area.  If there have been storms in the region resulting in damage to the road or bridge, please use the below alternate directions for travel to the resort: This route is only suitable for high rise vehicles and 4x4 's and should be preferably travelled during the day.

From Johannesburg/Pretoria travel on the N1 North towards Polokwane.  Continue through the Pumulani, and Carousel tollgates. At the Kranskop tollgate, take the furthest gate on the left, towards Modimolle. At the top of the bridge turn left. Continue through Modimolle towards Vaalwater.  Continue along this road for approximately 60km until you enter the town of Vaalwater.  At the stop street, turn right onto the Melkrivier road. Continue on this road for approximately 50km until you get to a T-Junction showing right to Modimolle, turn right.  This road becomes a dirt road.  Continue on the dirt road for approximately 12.5km.  Waterberg Game Park is situated on the right and side of the road.**
