Resort Important Information

* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Silversands will no longer permit school group bookings at the resort.
* There is no undercover parking available on-site, street parking only. However you may reserve parking in advance at an extra cost,
   please contact Silversands reservations for information on +27 31 368 5642.
* Silversands 1 units have no seaviews and all have side views.
* Guests staying in Silversands 1 may bring their own DSTV decoders with for use.  Please notify DSTV directly should you be bringing your own decoder.
* All guests are required to provide a confirmation letter upon check-in.
* Please notify reception for the deposit refund if you plan an early departure.
*A resort inventory will be issued upon arrival
