Resort Important Information

* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Key, breakage deposits will be paid back into guest's bank account within 30 days of departure.
* Henties Bay is close to Swapkopmund with its palm trees, German coffee shops and desert dunes.
* Please be aware that you need to have a valid South African passport in order to travel to Botswana / Namibia / Swaziland / Zimbabwe / Mozambique
* Drivers of South African registered cars crossing SA borders must carry and present the following documentation (signed by a Commissioner of Oaths) at the border posts:
     1) A Certified copy of the vehicle registration / licence papers
     2) A Certified letter from the bank, giving authorization to take the vehicle across the border and this must indicate the dates of 
         travel (for vehicles that are still being financed).
     3) If the driver of the vehicle is not the owner of the vehicle, an affidavit from the police giving authorization from the owner for the 
         vehicle to be taken abroad is required.  If it is a rental vehicle, there must be a letter from the rental company given permission to
         take the vehicle out of the country.
