Resort Important Information

* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Key/breakage deposit will be credited to guest's bank account within 30 days of departure.
* A R150 conservation/entrance fee is charged per chalet.
* Maximum occupancy must be adhered to and this includes children of all ages.
* Although there is a wheelchair friendly unit, the resort grounds can be very uneven in places making movement over the area difficult. Please contact the resort for further assistance in this regard.
** Please note ALL units are non-smoking units. Guests ignoring this rule will be charged a cleaning fee of R500.00, as the unit will have to be deep cleaned and deodorized.
