Resort Important Information* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Please note that the resort only allows maximum party as per the unit size.
* There are no lifts at the resort and the stairs may be a problem for the disabled.
* The resort has limited parking - only 30 secure parking bays.
* Towels are not changed on a daily basis and the resort do not supply beach towels. Our bath towels may NOT be used as beach towels. Extra bath towels can be obtained at a cost of R25,00 per set.
* The following units are situated right by reception and may have a higher noise level: Y06, Y07, Y08, U05, U44, T09, T10, T46 and unit U03 is also in close proximity.

For a weekend reservation (Friday to Monday), no linen and towel changes are done during the stay.
For a midweek reservation (Monday to Friday), no linen and towel changes are done during the stay.
For a full week reservation (Friday to Friday), no linen change is done during the stay.
For a full week reservation (Friday to Friday), the towels must be changed on Tuesday (or day 4 of the reservation).
For a booking longer than seven nights (a full week and a weekend or more), the linen must be changed on the sixth night.
Should a guest request a linen or towel change, this may be done at a surcharge of R200 per set of linen and R200 per set of towel change.**
