Resort Important Information

* Your booking is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your booking for such purposes, your membership will immediately be cancelled without any fee refund.
    * Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Without exception no entry will be allowed to persons in excess of the maximum party prescribed on this confirmation letter.
* Please contact the resort for highlights and information sheets should you be visiting Alpine Heath over the Festive Season.
* Charcoal braais are not permitted on the property as the Northern Berg is a world heritage site. Gas braais are available for hire at
   R65 per day. Gas braais are limited so please ensure you book it timeously. An open braai area is also available at a cost of R80.00
   per stand if lighting your own fire, or R120.00 per stand should you require the resort to light the fire for you.
* The resort has an entertainment team that offers activities for adults and children.
* Laundry facilities are available at an additional charge.
* An Additional Fridge can be hired at R250.00 per stay.
* Baby cots available on request at R150.00 per cot per stay .
