* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund. * Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in. * No key/breakage deposit will be required when checking in. Should there be any breakages or items missing, the resort will contact the member for payment. * Please note: Late departures will be charged an extra day rate * Towels are changed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. So in effect, once for a midweek stay and twice for a full week stay. An extra linen change can be requested for an additional R200.00. * A guest laundry service is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. * All units have steps either going up or down to the units. * Please inform the resort of any late arrivals. * There is an A la Carte restaurant onsite, open from 8:00am to 21:00pm.* Certain resort facilities may carry a nominal charge for the use thereof; however, an “All Access Pass” may be purchased at check-in for all unit guests to enjoy use thereof during their stay. For a weekend reservation (Friday to Monday), no linen and towel changes are done during the stay. For a midweek reservation (Monday to Friday), no linen and towel changes are done during the stay. For a full week reservation (Friday to Friday), no linen change is done during the stay. For a full week reservation (Friday to Friday), the towels must be changed on Tuesday (or day 4 of the reservation). For a booking longer than seven nights (a full week and a weekend or more), the linen must be changed on the sixth night.
